  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@panoglasni.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

1.2 Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, health items)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. The inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

2.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@panoglasni.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3.2 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@panoglasni.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the exchange.
  • We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
  • Send the item to the address provided along with the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the replacement product.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. International Returns

5.1 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning items from outside the United States. These fees are not refundable by Panoglasni.

5.2 International Shipping Delays

International returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays. Please allow additional time for processing your return.

6. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Panoglasni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, Panoglasni will confirm delivery details, including the address, date of delivery, tracking information, and carrier details to help you investigate.
